Spinergy uses UPS as our primary shipping agent. All domestic orders for wheels will be shipped at no charge, at UPS Ground rates. Spinergy can upgrade you to any expedited shipping, however, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Orders will be shipped the same day if received before 1PM PST provided we have all items in stock. We require a phone contact number before we can ship.
Please note:
International customers are responsible for all brokerage and custom fees and are required to pay customs duties, import and/or VAT taxes that may be levied. The declared value will equal the commercial value in US dollars.
Shipping Details: - Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers.
- Shipping Surcharge: Some items may have an additional shipping and handling surcharge.
- If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available.
- If need be, the customer can request that their order ships complete.
- International shipments: customers are responsible for all customs or import duties and taxes. Spinergy will not sell within a country that is currently covered by an active distributor. We will pass along your contact information to them and an agent from their company will contact you to handle your request.
Returns Policy:
You may return all unopened and unused items purchased at Spinergy, Inc within 14 days of the original delivery for a full credit (less shipping charges). We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
